This publication, by a number of participants in the Talent Region, concerns the setting up of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS). In doing so, they aim to meet the need for the temporary hiring of external staff on the basis of a best efforts obligation (and therefore not for advice/result assignments). The DAS offers you the opportunity to compete every time a quote request is placed. Entrepreneurs (companies and freelancers) are invited to respond to these requests for quotation.
