… Further Agreement. The activities of the assignments that can be deployed within the DAS Rental advisors Real Estate and Facilities mainly relate to the temporary deployment for the Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) service. However, other departments and faculties of the contracting authority EUR may also, if they so wish, place a Further Quotation Request within the categories of this DAS. Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) is the service within Professional Services of Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR) that is responsible for the policy and implementation of real estate management and the facility services of the EUR. RE&F regulates the management and maintenance, facilities and safety of buildings on campus Woudestein, EUC and ISS. This includes, for example, (re)construction and maintenance of the campus site and the buildings, but also arranging cleaning, waste treatment, mail, catering, furniture, removal services, hot drinks, park management, parking management, indoor greenery, study places and security. Purchasing, room planning, art and sustainable business operations are also part of RE&F's tasks. RE&F, as a real estate and facility manager, carries out many projects within EUR that are important for the success of EUR. Examples of projects that RE&F manages in its portfolio are (re)construction and renovation, quality improvement services, supervision of tenders, relocations, etc.
