The Contractor shall provide the Assignor with all information regarding the licenses provided - all license files, keys, activation codes, access data to official websites of the manufacturers of the software products, where applicable. The delivery of the equipment shall be carried out within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of the notification of secured financing sent by the Assignor and submission by the Contractor of the specified performance guarantee, compliance with the procedure under Art. 2 of the PPA and under the terms of the draft contract. 2.
