The building is connected to other buildings via corridors in the basement, through which they are supplied - logistically and media-technically. Despite less refurbishment measures in the area of course laboratories and seminar rooms carried out in the meantime, the building was rated as "strongly in need of refurbishment" as part of the inventory assessment carried out by Lahmeyer Deutschland GmbH as of August 2019. The building has pollutants in relation to its installation time, the identification and disposal of which is part of this measure. The structural fire protection of the building has shortcomings. The improvement of fire protection is also required within the framework of the project in accordance with the present fire protection concept. In this procurement procedure, MHH intends to award the performance picture Generalplannerleistungen (GP). · The tasks of the General Planner (GP) The GP is the central control body. It also maps the overall control of deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
