… well as time interruptions between individual partial services must be calculated. · The scope of services includes, in particular, protective measures on existing construction and plant parts, ground tests and ground preparations, the removal of old coverings and non-viable coatings, putty, priming, non-woven and painting work on wall and ceiling surfaces including acoustic ceilings, staircases, slabs, columns, wall templates and inspection flaps. It also includes coating work on steel frames, sheet steel doors, existing doors, sheet steel covers, aluminium windows, radiators, copper pipes, stair railings, handrails as well as wooden components and grooved and springwood wall coverings. In addition, floor coatings including necessary preparatory work, base formations and elastic connection joints are provided. The internal insulation work includes the preparation of existing substrates, milling of diffusion-inhibiting old coatings, cleaning of the primer, compensatory plastering or light mortar work, the production of elastic edge insulation and end coupling connections as well as the full-surface installation of mineral insulation boards including friction boards, work on installations, reinforcement plastering and woven fabrics, edge protection, plastering strip profiles and final fine leasing. In the area of the existing freight elevator, PCB barrier coatings on wall/plaster surfaces and metal surfaces are also provided. Execution will be carried out in accordance with the environmental protection measures put out to tender.
