The subject of this call for tenders is the conclusion of a framework contract covering: if necessary, delivery; ensuring the availability of spare parts and accessories; operational support and troubleshooting; Maintenance of charging equipment excl. backend-based operational management. Service and support as well as maintenance and servicing services must be provided per loading facility for 4 years from the date of delivery. The contract also includes the optional, additional service: technical installation/commissioning into an existing backend/operational management. The AG currently uses a backend that is provided by Firmenladen GmbH (company shop world). The contractor confirms the full compatibility of the offered charging facilities with the backend corporate charging world. Establishing the productive communication link is part of the service. It is planned to award the contract in week 45/2026.
