… The tenderer must offer the goods by type, quantity, quality and minimum characteristics as defined in the corresponding . Cost Book The tenderer must indicate the characteristics and technical specifications of the product offered and the type/name of the product offered and the name of the manufacturer at the designated place in the column of the ‘Procurement subject matter description and technical specifications’. All goods to be delivered must be new, unused, in the factory packaging with all accompanying documentation (e.g. warranty documents, product declaration, etc.) and correspond in all respects to the required or offered technical specifications. After delivery, the Client will examine the goods within 10 days and issue a certificate of acceptance of the goods. The date of issue of the certificate of acceptance of the goods will be considered as the date of performance of all contractual obligations and by that time the goods must be installed and put into service at the requested address of the client and the education carried out if required in the price list. From the date of issue of the certificate of acceptance of the goods, the warranty period begins to run for the elimination of defects in the correctness of the goods sold. · Equipment for upgrading breeding shelves: LED lamps.
