(I. 28.) GKM Decree – hereinafter: R. – on the basis of its provisions on winter road operation and the Winter Road Operation Regulations of the City of Szentendre. Szentendre's road network is approximately 136.36 km. On the bicycle road along the Danube line, de-slipping and de-slipping may take place on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the rules of the R. on the “white road”. During the stand-by period, the Tenderer shall be subject to a continuous availability obligation between 15 November and 15 March. During the winter period, between 15 November and 15 March, a continuously (24-hour) professionally trained and experienced on-call person with a good knowledge of the area and the task is in charge of the lubrication and snow removal tasks of the managed road network (hodespeaker). The person on duty shall be obliged to provide information to the Contracting Authority within 24 hours. The snow dispatching service receives public announcements and, in consultation with the Contracting Authority and the colleague coordinating the vehicles of the Bidder, arranges for the handling of the announcement. The tenderer shall perform road control tasks related to winter road operation. The blasting material is available at the premises of the Contracting Authority, the loading machine is provided by the Contracting Authority. At the place specified by the Customer (Customer's premises), the spreading machine loaded with spreading material must be weighed immediately before departure for work and on return from work, so it must be weighed both outwards and on return. The tenderer shall perform the tasks during the term of the contract from 00:00 on the 15th of November to 24:00 on the 15th of March. That duration was determined on the basis of average winter weather conditions. If, before or after the indicated period, due to exceptional weather conditions, further performance of the task is necessary, the tenderer undertakes to do so at the specified unit prices at the invitation of the Contracting Authority. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Conditions of technical conformity of the vehicle carrying the work equipment Technical conditions At least 1 double-purpose spreader-handler, or at least 4 for cleaning narrow, narrow streets, and 1 loader with a lifting height of at least 2.8 meters, required for the full performance of the tasks specified in the regulations of the Szentendre Winter Road Operation Code. All vehicles involved in the performance must have a mobile vehicle tracking unit (GPS). The Tenderer must also ensure that, if deemed necessary by the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority itself uses a mobile vehicle tracking unit and system (GPS) and can install such a unit on motor vehicles in order to verify compliance. The Tenderer is obliged to inform its employees and the persons involved in the performance about the use of GPS and the related data processing. Snow removal of the marked pavement sections is provided by the Bidder with special (small) target machines suitable for the task. The vehicles are equipped with snow ploughs and salt spray adapters when performing their tasks on the road. The vehicle shall comply with the requirements of Article 6/1990.
