What the buyer is looking for
The purchase and installation (modernization - the demolition of old luminaires is also the task of the bidder), together with planning and licensing activities, and warranty troubleshooting of the public lighting system of the Municipality of Battonya will be carried out within the framework of this project. A total of 1219 luminaires are in operation in the affected areas, with a total energy input of approximately 95.72 kW. Based on the contracting authority’s data, the modernisation can be completed in the following configuration: Number of luminaires to be upgraded: 1219 existing poles, existing lamp arms as detailed in the technical specifications. … performance to the electricity supplier on the basis of the public lighting elements to be installed, - if necessary, the construction of new connection points on the basis of the approved plans, - if necessary, the conclusion of new connection contracts, the maintenance and operation of the public lighting active elements for a period of 144 months. furthermore - the preparation of the construction design documentation, - the carrying out of a work area handover procedure, - the dismantling of old luminaires, - the installation of recommended luminaires on the basis of the approved construction design documentation for modernization, - If necessary, the lamp arms, connecting lines, connectors and zero wires must be replaced so that they do not cause problems during operation, - Technical handover-over. Note: If necessary, in the vicinity of the luminaires, twigs of vegetation must be carried out, the task of twigs is always the responsibility of the Municipality. Illumination of pedestrian crossing points Designated pedestrian crossing points are typically located on the main roads, in traffic junctions, near bus stops, public institutions. When choosing the power of the planned luminaires, it is necessary to take into account that pedestrian crossings receive accent lighting. The contracting authority stresses that where reference is made in this notice and in the procurement documents to a manufacturer and/or type, this has been done only in order to clearly determine the nature of the object, an equivalent product may be offered, having regard to the provisions of Government Decree 321/2015. In view of the provisions of Section 46(3) of the Government Decree, and in case of doubt, the tenderer must prove equivalence (measurement report, data sheet). Tenderers may only bid for equipment to be procured that fully complies with the Contracting Authority’s specifications. In relation to the asset to be procured, the tenderer must also take into account what is described in the procurement documents.
