… whichever occurs first. - Warranty against paintwork and surface corrosion: 24 months. - Warranty against chassis rust: 24 months. The date of the official technical examination of the target machine (basic machine) must not be older than 3 months. During the official technical examination, the primary, secondary, if tertiary nature code of the target machine must be provided in the technical data sheet. − has driven a maximum of 500 km − the operating hours of the crane must not exceed 20 operating hours; and − assembled from new factory components; and applies to all parts, fully assembled devices and accessories - without damage (repair of transport damage by factory technology is allowed). A new vehicle is a vehicle that was not used for its intended purpose until the date of delivery and was not previously (before the present procurement procedure) registered in Hungary or abroad. The first entry into service of the device shall take place in the name of AK (or as determined by AK) within the framework of this contract. The legal provisions in force at the place of operation, the technical standards in force, the relevant European Community directives, regulations and other requirements relating to the vehicle to which the tender relates must be taken into account by the AT in the tender and in the performance of the contract. The lorry must be handed over with a warning sign, tested and registration number. The vehicle must comply with Government Decree No 6/1990 on the technical conditions for the entry into service and keeping of road vehicles. (IV.12.) KöHÉM. The truck must comply with the requirements set out in Decree No 16/2008 of 30 August 2008 of the Minister for National Development on the safety requirements and certification of conformity of machinery and Decree No 47/1999 of 4 August 1999 of the Minister for Economy and Transport on the issue of the Lifting Machine Safety Regulations. The winning AT is obliged to provide handling and maintenance training for the designated employees of AK on the date of the report on the successful completion of the handover procedure, at a time agreed in advance with AK. According to AK’s needs, the training must be held 1 time, for a maximum duration of 4 hours, for a maximum of 5 people. The Parties shall draw up an educational protocol on education.
