These entities may use this contract for urgent supplementary purchases or for purchases of goods that the regular contract supplier for mass caterers cannot deliver. · The procurement relates to Food: Pantry, bakery and catering for successive orders and deliveries during the contract period. Pantry: intends to satisfy the Purchaser's purchases of groceries and foodstuffs in consumer packaging. The purpose of the procurement is also to meet the need for suppliers close up for fast and urgent supplementary purchases. Some purchases are also pedagogical purchases/social training, as these purchases are made together with users/customers from the Customer's operations. The procurement does not include the purchase of tobacco, snus or medicine. Bakery: intend to meet the Customer's needs for fresh bread and bakery items.
