What the buyer is looking for
Open-air planning in the project of the extension of the light rail line U5 between the station Preungesheim and the S-Bahn station Frankfurter Berg. As part of the project, the U5 light rail line between the existing Preungesheim station is to be extended by approximately 1.5 km with two stations in a lateral position and the future Frankfurter Berg terminus. Parallel to the new route, the roads, sidewalks and cycle paths are also being rearranged. As part of the open-air planning, a high-quality greening of the roadside greenery and the green tracks planned in places is to be planned and implemented. In line with the ‘Frankfurt Adaptation Strategy to Climate Change – 2.0’, road space is to be increasingly adapted to climate change, with particular importance being attached to the preservation and replanting of road trees, the optimisation of their locations and the creation of lush roadside greenery.
