The subject of the procurement is the service of adaptive upgrade, maintenance of the Digital Archive Information System (DAIŠ) and delivery of IBM Filenet licenses with one-year maintenance, in accordance with the technical specification set out in Part II of this procurement document. The subject of this procurement is: a) 350 hours of adaptive upgrade to be used according to the needs and requirements of the client; b) flat-rate maintenance of the ISA system (user assistance and maintenance for a period of 12 months); c) delivery of IBM Filenet licenses with one-year maintenance. … interface design should remain existing or in case of modification approved by the client. - The connection with all existing systems of the client must be realized through existing services. - For each upgrade, the tenderer is required to prepare a functional specification, which must undergo validation by the contracting authority, perform data analysis in existing databases, encode programs and, if necessary, new databases, prepare test scenarios for the validation of software validated by the contracting authority and are part of the project documentation upon completion of the project. – The tenderer shall draw up and submit the programme documentation in accordance with the requirements set out in the attached technical specification. - The tenderer is obliged, if the contracting authority so requests, to ensure the presence of professional persons of the tenderer at the contracting authority's location up to 8 hours a month. - After the development of the upgrade, the tenderer is obliged to test, prepare a test scenario before testing and, after testing, submit the test documentation to the Client - Upon the fulfillment of all contractual obligations, the Client acquires unlimited copyright over the upgraded information system that is the subject of this public procurement (including documentation and source code of the application) except for copyright moral rights, which are non-transferable. - The tenderer is required to write the code in accordance with good programming practice, which includes, but is not limited to, clearly and in detail commenting on the code and optimising the code. - All communication between the tenderer and the contracting authority during the performance of the public contract will take place in the Croatian language and all documentation required in this technical specification should be drawn up in the Croatian language and in the Latin alphabet. The number of hours of the adaptive upgrade referred to in point (a) of the subject-matter of the contract represents the anticipated (indicative) quantities. The actual amount of hours of the adaptive upgrade will be carried out according to the needs of the client.
