The subject of this contract is the routine maintenance of communication greenery. The subject of the performance is routine maintenance of communication greenery in the relevant part (demarcated area) of the Capital City of Prague, especially greenery, which is located in the vicinity of roads under the authority of the contracting authority. An overview of the acreage is given in Annex 14 of the ZD. The delimitation of the territory of the capital city of Prague in part 12 is marked in the map, which forms Annex Nos 13a and 13b of the ZD. The subject-matter of this contract is defined in the form of a list of works and services requested by the contracting authority. … perform within one calendar year, including the expected frequency/quantity of performance of these works and services. Depending on climatic or other objective conditions, the contracting authority is entitled to require certain works and services more often or less often, or in larger or smaller quantities. Green maintenance work will be carried out according to the General DIR, i.e. the decision on the special use permit issued by the Road Administration Office pursuant to Section 25(6)(c)(3) of Act No 13/1997 on roads, as amended – the execution of construction works. The costs of road markings according to the relevant PIR are included in the unit prices for the relevant services. In the case of a DIR issued for specific works, e.g. felling of trees, i.e. a decision on a special use permit issued by a road administrative authority pursuant to Section 24 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on Roads, as amended, road markings will be ordered from a professional company and paid for separately by the contracting authority if necessary on the basis of a decision of the contracting authority. Part of the subject of performance for part 12 is also emergency work consisting mainly in removing trees from roads after a natural disaster, or as a result of an unexpected calamity situation. For these purposes, the supplier is obliged to have a telephone line with continuous operation. The start of these emergency work is regulated by the contract. A separate contract with 1 participant will be concluded for the specific contract. If the selected supplier is excluded, or if the selected supplier does not provide the cooperation necessary to conclude the contract, another participant in the procurement procedure may be invited to conclude the contract in accordance with Section 125 of the Act, according to the order resulting from the results of the original evaluation (or according to the results of the new evaluation, if its implementation is necessary under Section 125 of the Act). Partial orders will be performed with the help of the CDSw-green application, in which the Pasport of Greenery is managed by the contracting authority. The contracting authority shall, in particular, through this application: a) establishes a binding Greenery Maintenance Plan for the relevant calendar year (including the required start and completion dates of activities), b) sends the requirements for carrying out other activities (defining the type, frequency, place and time – the required start and completion dates of activities), or modifies or specifies the requirements according to the Greenery Maintenance Plan. All performance of this public contract (i.e. in particular the award of all activities, reporting and invoicing) will therefore be carried out with the help of the CDSw-Green application, whereby the selected supplier will be obliged to purchase the relevant license if it is no longer available. The price of the license for the entire duration of the contractual relationship shall not exceed CZK 20,000. The contracting authority shall provide the selected supplier with training to work with this information system. The purchase of a licence is a condition for the conclusion of a contract with the selected supplier (see also Article 23. ZD).
