The subject of the public contract is the implementation of mowing of communication greenery, or line vegetation (grasses and shrubs), collection of garbage and cutting of shrubs, especially along I. and II. class roads, throughout the territory of the capital city of Prague. … within one calendar year, including the expected frequency/quantity of performance of these works and services. Depending on climatic or other objective conditions, the contracting authority is entitled to require certain works and services more often or less often, or in larger or smaller quantities. Green maintenance work will be carried out according to the General DIR, i.e. the decision on the special use permit issued by the Road Administration Office pursuant to Section 25(6)(c)(3) of Act No 13/1997 on roads, as amended - the execution of construction works and, on the basis of the PPE, the determination of the temporary regulation of traffic on the Brno and PPE roads - the determination of the temporary regulation of traffic on the southern Spojka road, 5. May, Spořilovská, SSÚ issued. Partial orders will be performed with the help of the CDSw-green application, in which the Pasport of Greenery is managed by the contracting authority. The contracting authority shall, in particular, through this application: a) establishes a binding Greenery Maintenance Plan for the relevant calendar year (including the required start and completion dates of activities), b) sends the requirements for carrying out other activities (defining the type, frequency, place and time - the required start and completion dates of activities), or adjusts or specifies further requirements according to the Greenery Maintenance Plan. All performance of this public contract (i.e. in particular the award of all activities, reporting and invoicing) will therefore be carried out using the CDSw-green application, whereby the selected supplier will be obliged to purchase the relevant license if it is no longer available. The price of the license for the entire duration of the contractual relationship shall not exceed CZK 20,000. The contracting authority shall provide the selected supplier with training to work with this information system. The purchase of a licence is a condition for the conclusion of a contract with the selected supplier (see also Article 23. ZD).
