… pursuant to the Building Act, including all required documents, the result of which will be the issuance of a project permit (construction permit). The Contractor shall cooperate in issuing the relevant decisions until they become final. Performance of the Designer's Supervision during the construction of PDPS. An integral part (beyond the normal activities of the designer's supervision) is ensuring consistent coordination of individual WWT procedures in the processing of PDPS. Processing of the notification of the project pursuant to Section 6 of Act No 100/2001 on environmental impact assessment (‘the EIA notification’), processing and submission of complete and complete EIA documentation in the scope set out in Annex 4, cust. 100/2001 Coll. and the incorporation of the conclusion from the EIA process into the PCB. The Customer reserves the scope of this performance as a change in the obligation arising from the contract in accordance with the provisions of Section 100(1) of the Act. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance of the public contract is set out in other parts of the tender documentation.
