… grass and woodland around roads, removal of defects in vertical road markings, maintenance of roadsides and ditches or bridges, ensuring the passability of roads in winter, including ensuring the sprinkling of roads, removing snow, mudguards, control rides, dispatching service and readiness. The subject of performance of the Public Contract is defined in more detail in the annexes to the Tender Documentation, in particular in the binding draft framework agreement, which forms Annex 1 to the Tender Documentation, and in its annexes. Furthermore, as an information document, the contracting authority provides suppliers with an existing winter maintenance operational plan as part of Annex 13 to the Tender Document. The current operational plan for winter maintenance, relevant for the performance of the Public Contract, will be issued and provided in accordance with binding legal regulations and a binding draft framework agreement, which forms Annex 1 to the Tender Documentation.
