… subject of the Work Public procurement ‘Modernisation of the line section Hradec Králové (outside) - Týniště nad Orlicí (outside) – SECURITY AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT and ‘Modernisation of the line section Kanín - Chlumec nad Cidlinou (inclusive) – equipping the new hall of CDP Praha’ is defined by the list of objects listed in Annex 7.1.1 to the Specific Technical Conditions (Part 2, Part 8 of the Tender Documentation). The subject of the Public Contract is also the provision of cooperation relating to the Work or its parts for the duration of the Contract for the Provision of Cooperation, while part of the Work means (but not exclusively) security equipment, operational applications with a connection to security equipment (hereinafter also referred to as "Equipment"), for the potential future needs of the Client to follow up on the delivered part of the Work with another Equipment of another contractor/manufacturer.
