What the buyer is looking for

… delivery of related licenses in the form of an annual subscription including support (not a perpetual license). • Provision of implementation and consulting services consisting of SIEM security system development services, upgrade of SIEM software products, support and development of existing and new integrations. • Service, maintenance, support incl. SIEM system update • User training incl. SIEM solution user manual must meet the client's requirements set out in Annex 1 – Client's requirements and SIEM technical specification and in Annex 2 – Draft contract tender documentation.
