… warranty (service) and warranty liability. All costs of repairing warranty damages and/or discrepancies during the proposed warranty period shall be borne by the Contractor. Regular maintenance of the machine is carried out by the Contractor and is at the expense of the Assignor. As at the date of the call for tenders, no financing had been secured, in view of which the contract would be concluded conditionally within the meaning of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act.
