The activities covered by Lot 4 amounting to EUR 8750 excluding VAT, on the basis of Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, shall be awarded in accordance with the procedure valid for the individual value, namely on the basis of Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act. The contract awarded under this procedure is enforceable under the conditions described in the Guidelines, Technical Specifications and Draft Contract - part of the documentation for participation in the procedure for the respective lot. Delivery time – up to 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
