… equipment’; Lot No. 4 ''Supply of 1 40x lens compatible with ZEISS AxioVert.A1 microscope". Total estimated value of all 4 lots 25 940 Euro excluding Value Added Tax. Estimated value of Lot No 4 ''Supply of 1 40x lens compatible with ZEISS AxioVert.A1 microscope' : 1 580 Euro excluding VAT does not exceed 20 per cent of the total estimated value of the contract, and does not exceed BGN 156 464.00 for supplies, falls within the threshold values of Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act, the requirements of Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act are complied with, and a direct award is applied to this Lot. The residual value of the contract, amounting to EUR 24 360 excluding VAT, is awarded by this procedure in accordance with the procedure applicable to the total estimated value of the entire contract and taking into account the similar costs incurred, namely: through an open procedure. This procedure concerns Lots 1, 2 and 3 of the contract. A participant may participate for only one of the lots, may participate for two lots, may also participate for all three lots.
