… installation of electrical systems, HVAC systems and alteration and installation of automation related to the premises of the above-mentioned organisations . The estimated value of the procurement excluding VAT 15 000 000 €, the contracting entities do not commit to any procurement amounts. A significant part of the value of the procurement will be realised in the Rovaniemi area. Estimated procurement by component: Construction 2/3, HVAC and electrical work 1/3. The procurement values may vary significantly from year to year depending on the implementation of the farm and real estate strategies, as well as the related funding. Contracting entities shall endeavour to anticipate resource needs within a reasonable period of time so that contractors have time to respond to the resources to match the subject of the work. Due to the nature of the contracting entities, the aim is to schedule larger work sites for periods outside teaching (leave periods).
