… agreement shall be established for the procurement and all tenderers fulfilling the suitability requirements shall be admitted to it. During the contract period, lighter competitive tendering will be made between the selected suppliers from the standby agreement for electrical supplies in 2027. The standby agreement will be valid for 5 years. A draft of the public part of the standby agreement is attached to the invitation to tender. The contracting entity will put out to tender a separate standby agreement for electrical supplies among the suppliers approved for the framework agreement during 2027. The purpose of the standby agreement is to secure the availability of electrical supplies in the event of disruptions to normal conditions, exceptional circumstances and other supply chain disruptions. In tendering for a standby contract, safety, preparedness and contingency requirements may be set in addition to those included in this call for tenders. In addition, the conclusion of a standby agreement may be subject to the signing of a separate security agreement and the fulfilment of the obligations set out in the security agreement. More detailed security requirements concerning the standby agreement, any personnel requirements and the content of the security agreement will be announced in connection with the competitive tendering of the standby agreement.
