… and 4 stand-alone manning and maintenance work. The work includes, for example, the transfer, installation and mooring of piers, walkways, marinas, buoys and concrete weights, as well as other tasks related to the maintenance of port and pier structures. Procurement needs vary from year to year. The procurement is not divided into lots. The customer selects at least one (1) and no more than five (5) service providers for the framework agreement. The contract period is first valid for a fixed term of two (2) years, after which the subscriber has the right to decide on the use of 1+1 or two option years. However, the Agreement will expire at the latest four (4) years after the entry into force of the Framework Agreement. Irrespective of the term of the contract, the contract shall be terminated without notice when the maximum value of the contract of EUR 480 000 is reached. In addition to the Porvoo city infrastructure, Porvoo sports services procure the services described in this invitation to tender and its annexes through a framework agreement established through competitive tendering.
