Any other joint civil engineering site operators may use the framework agreement only when participating in the projects of the parties to the actual procurement ring and do not have an independent right to place orders. Some of the annexes to the invitation to tender are component-specific and these annexes are marked with the corresponding component identifier (OA1, OA2 or OA3). If there is no component identifier in the Annex, the Annex shall be common to all components.
