What the buyer is looking for
Part 1: The contract covers bus transport with a maximum bus size of 22 passengers and a maximum bus size of more than 22 passengers and a maximum of 55 passengers. For pupils in elementary school, it is primarily bathing trips from school to bathhouse (Navet) that are in demand. Bathing slides are scheduled, new schedules are sent out before the start of each semester. Travel caused by school activities, e.g. trips to education in other schools within Umeå municipality, excursions, school trips and evacuations when there is rebuilding of schools. Buses to be used in the assignment must be adapted for the execution of the assignment and not be larger vehicles than the trip requires. Part 2: The assignment concerns bus transport with 1 bus max 55 passengers. Normally a bus is used, but in exceptional cases several buses may be required at the same time. Kulturskolan books trips for both municipal and independent schools and preschools for transport to/from cultural events. Cultural events are theatrical and dance performances, museum visits, library activities, concerts, etc. The cultural bus does not drive to sports events, outdoor days, swimming pools or other school activities. Kulturbussen drives preschool groups and classes only within Umeå municipality and municipal districts, only during school hours 08.30-15.30. The cultural bus is booked at least 10 days before the trip is to be made. Planning is done by the cultural school semesterwise.
