The accounting element used to account for the supply of electricity is: – energy input expressed in kWh. The calculation element also provides for a fee for the promotion of production from renewable energy sources (RES) in accordance with the Decision on compensation for renewable energy sources and high-efficiency cogeneration (OG 87/17 and 57/20) and excise duties for business use of electricity in accordance with the Excise Duty Act (OG 106/2018), which are regulated by the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia and other possible fees, taxes or surcharges in accordance with the applicable regulations, which the electricity supplier is obliged to charge to the electricity customer. In the event of a change in the regulations governing the amount of the charge for renewable energy sources and high-efficiency cogeneration or the excise duty for business/non-business use, in such a way that the amount of that charge or excise duty changes, the successful tenderer is obliged to charge the amount of the charge in accordance with the amount in force at the time of the invoice for the electricity supplied. Pursuant to the Regulation on remedying distortions in the domestic energy market (OG 104/2022; NN 31/2023); Hrvatske ceste d.o.o. is a legal person with public authority, and as such is subject to the price of electricity according to Article 3 of this Regulation.
