What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the public contract is the delivery of a solution, the purpose of which is to improve the method of keeping medical documentation enabling its interoperable exchange, sharing, safe storage and interpretation, through the modernization of the information systems of the Psychiatric Hospital Havlíčkův Brod. As far as possible, the medical records will be kept and transmitted in electronic form in such a way that patients and authorised persons are given online access to these medical records, which will comply with the interoperability standards according to the MZ/NCEZ specification and also with the standards according to the MyHealth@EU specification (for cross-border communication - EU). The delivery also includes the fulfilment of obligations in terms of the use of newly introduced central eHealth systems and new obligations arising from EU legislation (EHDS Regulation).
