The reconstruction does not increase the number of usable floors or the size of the building (the completion will take place within the existing floor plan on the lowered roof planes) and the construction system does not change either. The main result will be the modernization and improvement of the provided services, modification of the layout, consistent solution of evacuation and escape routes, building construction parameters and technical equipment of the building, insulation and replacement of peripheral windows and doors. The total capacity of the accommodated seniors after reconstruction will be 217. The current number is 185, i.e. the new number will be 32 more seniors accommodated.
