The services provided will include, in particular, the availability of personnel capacity for the preparation of PPP projects that will be available to the contracting authority, in particular consisting of: a) preparation of documents for the implementation of the PPP project, including proposals, modifications and/or opponents of the PPP project; the management of projects and programmes and the provision of organisational, management and administrative services related thereto, including support for the coordination of contractors; quality management, risk management and the provision of independent supervision and audit of the procuring entity's projects and the provision of project management and service management support; the provision of services related to the management of PPP projects and quality control of PPP services; provision of consultations, analyses, preparation of documentation and documents in the field of certification and quality management; f) provision of other professional and consulting services in the field of PPP. The provision of the Services will be carried out on the basis of a primary order issued without undue delay after the entry into force of the Framework Agreement. It will then be possible to order particularly important activities by separate orders based on the specific requirements of the contracting authority with a specific specification of the dates of performance, through partial contracts concluded on the basis of written calls from the contracting authority.
