… will be carried out using the Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) method. It is a comprehensive public contract involving the preparation, implementation and subsequent long-term monitoring and evaluation of the results of the energy-saving measures implemented, whereby the supplier provides the contracting authority with a guarantee for the achievement of the expected economic benefits.
