On the 1st floor there will be a facility for a youth home (tech. room, boiler room, laundry room, warehouses, etc.) server room, workshop for DM and workshop with warehouse for DD Pardubice, plus in the right part from the entrance there will be 6 rooms. On the 2nd floor there will be double rooms, shared sanitary facilities with showers, a relaxation room or study room and a room for teachers. 3 NP will be relatively the same as 2 NP plus room insulation. 4 NP will be retreated, there will be space for a clubhouse, gym, relaxation zone with sanitary facilities, there will also be a terrace, outdoor workout playground.
