What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the public contract is the performance of periodic revisions of non-reserved electrical equipment – electrical appliances located in the HZS HKK buildings, while the supplier will review all the electrical equipment in question after the contract enters into force and will then perform revision activities at regular intervals according to the applicable legislation. The Contractor will carry out periodic tests of electrical equipment to the extent specified in Annex 2 to these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter also referred to as "T&C"), while the Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of reducing/increasing the scope of services provided by a maximum of 30% of the total expected number of revised electrical equipment listed in Annex 2 to the T&C (see Article 23.1 for more details).
