Full-day and night-time management and security of Střelecký ostrov park and management of Kampa children's playground

… subject-matter of the service includes, in particular: • continuous physical security in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; • daily security, supervision of security and compliance with visiting rules; • night security performed by a guard with a service dog, the arrival of night security is after the end of the island's operating hours until 6:00 a.m.; • management of the island, furniture and technical equipment in the publicly accessible part; • supervision of the operation of the lift and cooperation with the lift manager, the lift is not in operation in January and February of the relevant year due to a technological break; • cooperation in the holding of events to the extent and under the conditions specified in Annex 4. Security facilities are equipped with kitchen furniture, refrigerator, electric kettle, two-burner electric cooker, microwave, desk and monitor for monitoring camera outputs. In the period from 1 November to 28 February, the WC is used only by security guards; the supplier ensures the toiletries and normal cleanliness of these areas. Outside this period, another supplier provides management and cleaning. Cleaning of the park and management of the greenery is provided by another supplier of the contracting authority. 4.2 Children's playground Kampa The Kampa children's playground is fenced, designed for young children and equipped with a drinking water and a play element for children with disabilities. Opening hours of the course: • from 1 April to 31 October: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., • from 1 November to 31 March: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The subject of performance includes, in particular, the opening and closing of the playground, checking the safety of its premises, cleaning the area from common dirt, sand treatment, winter cleaning of the access road and daily visual inspection of the game elements. The supplier shall immediately identify the detected defect, notify the contracting authority and record it in the operating log. Maintenance of greenery and export of baskets is provided by another supplier of the contracting authority. 4.3 Detailed specification The detailed, complete and binding scope of performance is contained in Annex 4 – draft contract including annexes.
