… Summary of the Tender Invoice (OBR-6) and submit a Tender Invoice in Excel for it. The tenderer must offer all the services of the individual lot for which it is submitting a tender. For each lot, it is required that all the grounds for exclusion set out in point 8.1 of these instructions are absent and that all the selection criteria set out in point 8.2 of these instructions and the other conditions set out in point 9 of these instructions are met. The contracting authority will select the most advantageous tender on the basis of the selection criteria for each lot and award the contract for each lot. The type, characteristics, quality and description of the subject of the public contract for all lots are defined in the project documentation for the construction (PZI), project No 02/25 - PZI, dated March 2026, produced by the designer Dr. DUHOVNIK d.o.o., Seničica 17 b, 1215 Medvode. At all places of the inventory of works, where the manufacturer, model or type of product may be indicated, the contracting authority shall allow the submission of an equivalent product which, in terms of technical characteristics and functionalities, is actually equivalent to the one required. The contracting authority reserves the right to require the tenderer to prove the exact technical characteristics of the goods offered during the evaluation of the tender and during the performance of the contract. The deadline for the performance of all contract work is 31 December. 12. 2028. The contracting authority expects the successful tenderer to carry out the subject of the public contract professionally, responsibly and up-to-date, including the daily presence of the works manager, so it included in the model contract individual contractual penalties for certain delays and for the absence of the works manager.
