The subject of the public contract is the arrangement of the premises of the former bank and pizzeria in Kolodvorska 14a and 14b in Pivka, as part of the PNR Network Business Incubator – Phase IV project, during which the municipalities of Postojna and Pivka will establish new business incubator premises, thereby contributing to the expansion of business infrastructure in the region. … of the works of SKLOPA 1, a parking lot intended for the users of the business incubator will also be arranged, as the new premises of the incubator do not have parking spaces. In the context of the award of the public contract, SKLOPU 2 also awards parking lots along Kolodvorska cesta 5 and 7, which are arranged for the purpose of providing parking spaces for the residents of the building on Kolodvorska cesta 7 and the arrangement of the public parking lot. The public contract is awarded in two lots, namely: - LOT 1: Network Business Incubator – PNR – Phase IV and parking for the Kosec Business Incubator – LOT 2: Parking lots along Kolodvorska cesta 5 and 7 The contracting authority for both lots is the Municipality of Pivka. A tender may be submitted for a single lot or for both lots put out to tender.
