Procurement of combined supply of traction electricity including responsibility for deviation for the needs of third parties for a period of 12 months, from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027

… services from the operator of the distribution system to which the demand points are connected, ensuring other related services, including a levy on the National Nuclear Fund pursuant to Government Regulation No 21/2019 laying down the amount of the annual levy intended to pay the historical debt from the supplied electricity to final customers of electricity and details of the method of its selection for the National Nuclear Fund, its use and the method and deadlines for its payment, as amended; - assuming responsibility for the deviation of the contracting entity in its entirety, for all delivery points, in accordance with Decree No 207/2023 Coll., laying down rules for the functioning of the internal market in electricity, the content requirements of the operating rules of the system operator, the organizer of the short-term electricity market and the scope of business conditions that are part of the operating rules of the system operator, as amended, vis-à-vis the balancer of deviations. The assumption of responsibility for the contracting entity's deviation in its entirety, vis-à-vis the imbalance accountant, will be part of the bidder's electricity purchase fee, calculated and expressed in EUR excluding VAT / MWh, rounded to three (3) decimal places, which is the award criterion, or the total price for the supply of electricity supplied to the contracting entity's delivery points, determined in accordance with the conditions specified in the procurement documents. The subject-matter of the contract is also the obligation to conclude a contract with the contracting entity for the supply of surplus electricity and the assumption of responsibility for deviation, in relation to electricity produced by railway traction rolling stock using an electrodynamic regenerative brake that was not consumed at the time of its production, in an estimated amount not exceeding 8,000 MWh of electricity for the period of validity of the contract for the supply of surplus electricity (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘subject-matter of the contract’ in the relevant grammatical form). A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is given in the procurement documents (hereinafter referred to as "PP").
