… D: FISH SALE ITEMS, CATEGORY E (E1-E2): BAKING ARTICLES - FRESH JUICE - SUGAR PRODUCTS, CATEGORY Z (Z1-Z2-Z3 ): SUPPLY OF FOODSTUFFS FOR THE SOCIAL POLICY AND K.A.P.I OF THE MUNICIPALITY, CATEGORY H: MEAT PRODUCTS. Tenders shall be submitted on pain of exclusion: a) for all the groups of the indicative budget as described above. b) for one or more categories (A,B,C,D,E,Z,H) as described above. The tender will include all the items listed by category. The award of the supply will be made to a supplier (or suppliers) that will be offered the highest percentage discount (%) to the legally established average retail selling price of each species on the day of its delivery, according to the respective issued price certification sheet of the trade service of the Region concerned, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Law 3438/2006, for olive oils, fruit shops, meat, poultry and fish and for other types of award criterion is defined the most economically advantageous offer only on the basis of price provided that the offered by him cover the technical specifications of the supply.
