… The K.S.I.D.E. includes: • the central node for the interconnection of the Electronic Document Handling Systems (EDS) of public bodies, • a one-step protocol and flow service aimed at bodies that do not have a local Electronic Document Handling System (EDS-F service), • the application for making available approved digital certificates to public employees, • applications for remote digital signing of documents in Greek and English versions, • a unique QR Code / Unique Identifier production service and Validity Control Service, • a special subsystem to meet Government needs for signing documents with digital signatures, • a mechanism for automating the process of integration of new bodies into the system, • a subsystem for exchanging documents with foreign bodies through the KSIDE • a support portal, • application for managing support requests Today, 308 public bodies have been interconnected with the KSIDE, of which 153 bodies with local DES and 155 with the DES-F service. • 102,318 valid from 1-10-2021 to 31-12-2023 • 52,958 valid from 1-1-2024 to 31-12-2026 • 28,577 valid for 3 years from the date of their release, which is after 2-1-2024. In the context of the new requirements and operational needs for the modernisation of the KSDIE on the basis of Article 18 of Law 4727/2020, as in force, to enhance the secure and easier movement of documents between public sector bodies other than public undertakings and organisations under Chapter A of Law 3429/2005, the physical object of this contract is the provision of maintenance, optimization and upgrading services, as well as support for users of the system developed in the context of the project ‘Implementation of a Central Document Handling, Routing and Interoperability System with remote digital signatures and a Help Desk’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘the project’).
