… 24%. (EUR 2 762 100.00 incl. VAT). Group C: Fuel - Heating Oil (for all operators) with a total estimated value of €1 379 637.10 plus 24% VAT. (EUR 1 710 750.00 incl. VAT). Group D: Lubricants and Mineral Oils, (for the needs of the Municipality of Acharnes), total estimated value 336.334,20 € plus VAT 24%. (417.054,41 € incl. VAT). Tenders shall be submitted for one or more groups, provided that the tender relates to the total quantity of each group and to all the entities applying for the item to be procured. The total estimated value of the contract for all the groups amounts to EUR 5 279 184.41 including 24 % VAT (VAT equal to: €1,021,777.63). The duration of the contract is set from the date of publication of the contract in the Central Electronic Register of Public Contracts and for thirty-six (36) months, and/or upon completion of the physical, or financial object at an earlier time, with the possibility of extending it without in any case exceeding the initial contractual amount. Contracts will be awarded on the basis of the award criterion: For Group A: Fuel - Unleaded Gasoline, the highest percentage discount (%), on the average retail selling price of each item, as announced by the Liquid Fuel Price Observatory of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness for the Prefecture of Attica, on the day of delivery. For Group B: Fuel - Diesel and Group C: Fuel - Heating Oil, the largest percentage discount (%), on the average wholesale price of each type, as announced by the Liquid Fuel Price Observatory of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness for the Prefecture of Attica, on the day of delivery. For Group D: Lubricants and Mineral Oils the most economically advantageous offer exclusively on the basis of price (lowest price) for all items.
