… works. The Contractor will also be responsible for providing complete as-built and handover information. The project will be delivered within a constrained, live operational railway environment. The Contractor will be required to manage passenger circulation, railway access, construction phasing, safety assurance, stakeholder engagement, heritage requirements and interfaces with other DART+ contracts. The appointed Contractor will undertake the role of Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage. The form of contract is currently anticipated to be the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract, Option C, target contract with activity schedule. This procurement is a reissue of an earlier competition published in May 2025 under procedure identifier e342e2b9-7827-4a53-81b6-5178881e0fa0 and eTenders reference ID 5643930, which was subsequently discontinued without the award of a contract.
