On the basis of competitive tendering, one (1) contract supplier will be selected for both areas. Subscribers have the right to purchase from the supplier products other than those net priced in the "criteria of the subject of the contract" section of the invitation to tender. However, the products must comply with the target groups of the invitation to tender for which the contract has been drawn up. In this case, the prices must be competitive in relation to the market prices, and the sales will follow the terms of the contract resulting from this invitation to tender.
