What the buyer is looking for
The Municipality of Luumäki (later also the Client) will request offers of insurance cover and related services in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The municipality's insurance coverage and its extent are described in the annexes to the invitation to tender. The first insurance period is from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. After that, the insurance period is the calendar year. Bids are submitted starting from the full calendar year (2027). During insurance periods, the contracting entity has the right to reopen competition for the insurance policies and to transfer the insurance policies to the winner of the competition. The insurance policies are valid until further notice.
