The contracting entity has chosen not to divide the framework agreement into lots, as it is not considered appropriate, including that tasks with sludge extraction require coordination with different groups of employees at the CHP plant as one supplier can better guarantee and that lots would divide the responsibility in a way that makes it difficult to handle errors and deficiencies.
