Nordværk Affaldsenergi intends to pre-qualify three (3) companies to participate in the tender phase, selected from those companies who are not subject to any grounds of exclusion and who fulfil the requirements for economic and financial as well as technical and professional capacity. The selection of companies will be based on an evaluation of which companies that have documented the most relevant references in comparison with the Contract. This evaluation will be made based on the information provided under technical and professional capacity (references). Nordværk Affaldsenergi will, in assesing which companies to pre-qualify – place equal weight on the following selection criteria: • The extend to which the references are comparable to the Contract. • The size, scope and complexity of the referenced project • The extend to which documented experience is demonstrated by relevant types of work within the scope of the Contract.
