What the buyer is looking for
Production of all BE areas and construction roads in planning approval section 5.15 of ABS Hanau-Gelnhausen. The section is part of the line 3600/3677 with railway km 32.6 - 39.0 and passes through the two traffic stations Langenselbold and Niedermittlau. In total, the volume to be produced is about 60 BE areas (pieces) with a total area of about 111,000 m2 and a number of about 33 construction roads (pieces) with a possible total length of 15,600 m. In accordance with the enclosed BE/BS planning, the BE areas are located close to the road and are developed by almost continuously parallel to the railway dam construction roads with occasional cut-offs in agricultural paths. Key challenges: 1) North along the route there is a flood area with noticeable flooding potential. 2) High groundwater levels: The GW stands in the building sector are heavily dependent on precipitation. Maximum groundwater levels can temporarily reach the top of the terrain (GOK). 3) During the implementation of the BE/BS measures in PFA 5.15, extensive line and station conversions will take place in the adjacent PFA 5.16 (Hailer-Meerholz) and PFA 5.17 (Gelnhausen). The construction road network and logistical nodes must therefore be shared partially or occasionally at the PFA border on 5.15.
