A wall of the outbuilding to be demolished borders directly on the garage of the neighboring property. In order to ensure their stability even after demolition, the adjacent garage wall is reinforced by an additional masonry wall even before the dismantling work begins. This ensures that the dismantling can be carried out in a controlled manner and taking into account the existing neighbouring buildings. After the demolition works are completed, the resulting excavations and recesses are filled again and the site is prepared for the further development of the school site. The areas are modelled according to the future usage concept, provided with topsoil and then greened. A special focus throughout the entire measure is on a safe and professional handling of the resulting building materials. The materials produced during dismantling are examined according to their nature, recorded separately and sent for proper recycling or disposal. The work is carried out in compliance with the applicable building law, environmental law and occupational health and safety requirements. With the dismantling and preparatory work, an important first step for the modernization and expansion of the primary school Rückmarsdorf is being implemented.
