Through the use of different methods, in particular potential analyses, individual coaching, small group events or workshops, traineeships and open meetings of educators, the objective of the action is to be achieved. In parallel to the presence times in the measure, low-threshold childcare must be provided so that, on the one hand, a first, hourly spatial separation between parent and child is tested in preparation for later work and, on the other hand, the proximity of the parent makes it possible to gradually adjust to the distance. This gives those affected the opportunity to train childcare in practice. It should be noted that the supervisory obligation in this case remains with the educators. For the advertised service, a maximum of 45 places per month with an ongoing entry are planned. Unoccupied participant places can be filled immediately by the client. For the entire duration of the contract, the client assures the contractor that at least 38 places will be accepted. The contracting authority may call up individual orders from the framework agreement at any time during the contract period until the maximum total number of places (45 participants) has been reached. The call-offs of the individual orders (individual call-offs) are made by the client. The allocation period for the participants is determined individually. The duration of the allocation may be extended in justified individual cases. The average attendance time is 12 hours/week.
