The construction work is carried out as a refurbishment during ongoing operation and thus in several construction phases. The access and logistics on the site vary depending on the construction phase. Production and delivery are carried out in individual sections. The tendered roomwork includes the demolition of approximately 1,000 m2 of existing glass-aluminium window facade as well as asbestos-containing and PCB-loaded components. … also includes the supply and installation of new wood-aluminium windows, aluminium swing doors, external blinds and window sills. The preparation of the plant and assembly planning as well as the static calculations are also part of the order. The work must be carried out in compliance with all applicable technical regulations, accident prevention regulations and the hygienic and operational requirements of the MHH. The work will be carried out during full operation of the building. The Contractor shall plan and implement all measures in such a way that the operation, in particular the operation of sensitive areas (e.g. laboratories), is not affected at any time. The Contractor is obliged to inform himself about the local conditions, operational processes as well as the hygienic and safety requirements before starting the work. Expenses arising from this must be included in the unit prices. Additional compensation claims cannot be asserted from this. In particular, the following services and requirements form an integral part of the contract: - Compliance with in-house hygiene, safety and access regulations - Execution with permanent security of building tightness - Provision and use of suitable protective measures against dust, noise, vibrations and in particular moisture - Execution of noise-intensive work only after prior coordination and approval with the local building supervision and the operator - Ensuring the function of all technical systems, in particular ventilation, air conditioning, emergency power and medical equipment.
